you can use web translation sites like the one google offers. not all proxies are blocked. you could probably get to a lot of them. go to proxy.org on a computer not blocked by websense and it will give you a list of over 3000 proxies that work. i use www.7meg.net and www.curlproxy.com or .net anyways proxy sites are blocked at our school too and i use them.
